Description

The residence "Le Sérac" is located 100 meters from the Peclet' shopping center (and its supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, cigarettes, newspapers) and about 500 meters from the centre of the resort and the sport centre. This residence is very pleasant and quiet. It also has for your security a permanent caretaker and video monitoring in the entrance and in the ski locker room.

Your apartment is located on the residence's 7th floor (with elevators). It has an entrance, a bathroom/toilett, a main room with a kitchenette. A closed and heated terrace equiped with a large table will allow you to have your meal and enjoy a large space.

Keys are to be picked up and given back at the real estate agency "les Adrets". It is located five minutes from the apartment at the centre of the resort, close to the tourism's office. The agency will also take an inventory of fixtures when you leave, and will help you if you have any problem with the apartment.
