Description

The residence "Le Sérac" is located 100 meters from the Peclet' shopping center (and its supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, cigarettes, newspapers) and about 500 meters from the centre of the resort and the sport centre. This residence is very pleasant and quiet. It also has for your security a permanent caretaker and video monitoring in the entrance and in the ski locker room.

Your apartment is located on the residence's 5th floor (with elevators). It has in the entrance a cabin with a small window, a main room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and separate toilet. A closed and heated terrace equiped with a large table will allow you to have your meal and enjoy a large space.

Our apartments are non-smokers and pets are not allowed.

Sleeping

1 bunk bed (2 beds 190*80)

1 sofa + 1 raised single bed that turns into king size or two twins (2 beds 190*80 or 1 bed 190*160)

Bedding has clean, thick mattresses covered with regularly cleaned mattress pad. You'll have enough blankets and duvets.
